My cockatiels are highly intrigued by mirrors. Last year I bought a parrot cage from Cages By Design, because I loved the layout (you should check them out, they’re pretty awesome). Anyhow, I bought a fairly large birdcage because I wanted to fill it with items that would keep my cockatiels entertained when I was at work. Since I knew they were intrigued by mirrors, I bought a small one and hung it in their cockatiel cage. Tommy, my older bird, will sit on his swing and talk to that face in the mirror for what seems like hours. It’s so funny.
